Question about Renewal? Need special attention?

Dear Brethren and Friends, On Friday of last week I was diagnosed stage four kidney cancer that has enveloped my left kidney and spread to both of my lungs. I will have surgery tomorrow (September 19th) at or about noon Pacific time. If the surgery is successful to remove the kidney and surrounding tissue, and I can recover sufficiently, I will proceed to some kind of chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Though I have full confidence that God can heal me either directly or through the hands of doctors, I do not presume to know His will. These things said, I do not know the future of The Preacher's Study. I will strive to see that it is placed in competent hands so that it can continue if I can't. Realistically, all I can promise is that I'll do my best with whatever time God allows. Please pray for me. I also ask that, should some of you be compelled to feel you are being shorted because I cannot at this time continue to provide new material, you might be merciful and try to understand. Ours is a one man operation. My wife will monitor the support email address as much as she can while I'm in the hospital. She is, as you might imagine, dealing with large struggles herself because of this development. Thank you in advance for your kind patience during this time.
