Before
emailing technical support at The Preacher's Study, take a moment to read the following.
You may save yourself some time and trouble.1. If you are having trouble with your username or password
to the Premium Section, be sure that you are entering them exactly as they were
sent to you. Remember that they are case sensitive. Where there
is a capital letter, you must enter a cap. Where there is a lower case letter you
must enter lower case. Our most common tech support issue is this one. Save your
time and ours by double checking to see if you are doing this correctly.
2. If you lose your username and
password, send an email with your name and the email address you signed up under.
If your name and email address don't match our records we cannot send you a new password.
3. If the site doesn't appear to
be working, wait a bit and try again. While the Internet is fairly reliable,
there may be downtimes on your end or ours. Our periodic server maintenance takes place in
the middle of the night (Eastern Standard Time) but in your time zone it might be midday.
If you can't get on the site (this shouldn't happen very often) try again later.
4. We try to answer all support email promptly.
You will save time if you explain yourself clearly so we don't have to mail back to you
for clarification of your questions.
